My name is Ben Juday and I have been in the world of Backline since 2002.  Originally, our backline division was an offshoot of our Live Sound production company.  But as the years progressed we realized that backline was our true specialty and there was a large unmet need that needed to be filled.  As a result, we sold our live sound production division in 2014 in order to focus more on Backline.

 

During our early years in business, we also ran an audio equipment repair division which kept us very busy while not out at events.  Once again, we decided after 15 years of repairing everything from Hammond Organs to Fender Twin Reverbs, that we really wanted to continue to narrow our focus.  So in 2015 we sold off our repair division and used the energy to continue to grow our backline division.

 

Today, our focus is solely on Backline.  We have an extensive inventory of world class equipment that is meticulously maintained by our own in-house repair staff.  We have worked with many of the biggest bands on the planet and have worked in venues ranging from Wrigley Field in Chicago to the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Illinois.
